Refund policy

    At King Jouet Liban, your satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience with products that meet their expectations. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

      Exchange & Refund Eligibility

      You may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

      • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
      • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
      • You provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
      • Promotional and sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

        Non-Eligible Items

        We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for:

        • Used or damaged items
        • Items without original packaging or missing components
        • Hygiene-sensitive items such as arts & crafts supplies, costumes, or baby products, unless defective
        • Final sale or clearance products

          Damaged or Defective Items

          If you receive a defective or wrong product:

          • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
          • We will inspect the product and offer either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

            How to Return Items

            You can return eligible products through the following options:

            • In-Store Return: Visit any King Jouet Liban store with your receipt and the product in its original condition.
            • Pickup Request: Contact our customer service to schedule a return pickup. (Pickup fees may apply.)

              Refund Process

              Once your return is received and inspected:

              • You’ll be notified of the refund status.
              • If approved, refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
              • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

                No Questions Asked Exchange

                Within 7 days of purchase, you may exchange an item for another if:

                • It remains sealed, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.
                • The exchange is done in-store.
                • The item was not purchased during a sale or promotion.
