Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Lebanon. Your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
How much does delivery cost me?
Delivery charge is 4$ and if same day delivery is required it will cost 8$. Free delivery may apply to orders over 50$.
How can I pay?
You can pay using credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or cash on delivery (COD) where available. All online transactions are secure and encrypted.
How long will it take?
Deliveries in Lebanon typically take 2 to 5 working days from the time your order is confirmed.
Are the prices on the website the same as in all King Jouet stores?
Prices are generally the same, but special promotions or exclusive offers may apply online or in-store, causing slight differences at times.
If I don't like an item, can I return it?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Can I return the items I buy at an actual King Jouet store?
Yes. Products purchased can be returned to any King Jouet location, in accordance with our return policy and with a valid receipt.
Are returns free?
Returns made in-store are free. For online purchases, return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
What do I do if the item is defective?
If you receive a defective product, contact us as soon as possible. We will replace, exchange, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Can I send an item to someone else?
Yes! You can enter a different shipping address during checkout and even include a gift note with your order if you’d like.
Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect option in selected locations. Choose your preferred King Jouet store at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
